Mayesbrook Park Social Cycling Group
Tuesday Evenings 6.00-8.00pm to enjoy leisurely bicycle rides across the borough and beyond.
The group was set up in early summer 2012, providing an opportunity for individuals to be part of a leisure cycling group, gain fitness, new skills and confidence with the bicycle, in a fun social environment. The group is led by Russell Coe, founder of Vandome Cycles and a Qualified National Standards Cycle Trainer and British Cycling Ride Leader. Russell has since gone on to lead the group on additional weekend rides through the Lea Valley, Rainham Marshes and to the Olympic Park.
New members are always welcome; whatever your previous cycling experience, we can provide the training and skills needed to enjoy these leisurely rides. If you would like to get involved, or would like further information, please contact Russell Coe on 020 8220 3075 or 07774 182308, or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
