Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Wolverhampton
Cannock Chase is noted for its outstanding natural beauty and a great way to see it is on a bike.
This route follows the picturesque Sherbrook Valley with its open heathland and forests. We will visit the famous Stepping Stones of Cannock Chase, giving your bike a wash as you ride through. Heading back, the views from the top of Abrahams Valley are wonderful; looking around, you will see Cannock’s Natural Forests.
Continuing back, we pass through Tackeroo Campsite and the Fair Oak pools and descend down to Birches Valley for a cafe stop before we begin our return to the start.
Estimated distance is 12 miles. The speed for the ride is a base and can be increased if the group want to go faster.
A mountain bike is not essential however, you will need off-road tyres if riding a hybrid. Be prepared to ride over gravel; along woodland trails and through mud and puddles. It all adds to the fun.
A helmet is strongly recommended.
Spare inner tubes are essential; please ensure you bring at least one - we will provide the necessary tools in case of punctures and mechanicals.
Parking is free if you park on Marquis Drive. It is a short distance to ride to the meeting point outside the cafe.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for bike checks and route discussion.
Come rain or shine, we hope you are able to join us . . . you won't be disappointed.
We look forward to seeing you on the day.
Sally and Lorraine
Please note: Extra time has been allowed in case we decide to visit Swinnerton's bike shop, which is located at Birches Valley. We can decide this as a group on the day.
