Breeze Bike Rides in Newcastle

This ride is aimed at people wishing to discover new cycle routes to the north of Newcastle

We will leave the Quorum Retail Car Park at 10.00am heading west towards Great Park. We will cycle along quiet country roads to Dinnington and venture into Northumberland to stop off at the Cheese Farm. We will stop for a cuppa and a cheese scone before heading back to Quorum along the Route 10.

Please dress appropriately for the ride and remember to bring some water to keep you hydrated.

  • Laura McVittie Laura McVittie Hi I'm Laura. I work as a full-time Commuter Centre Manager on a leading business park and I have previously worked as a school and workplace travel plan officer at Sunderland South Tyneside Councils so my job involves encouraging people to cycle to/from work. I have also been a cyclist myself since I was very young and often go on weekend bike rides with friends and family.
    Also my husband doesn’t like cycling so this was an ideal opportunity to find other people to cycle with.
    I thought that Breeze was ideal for me to do more cycling, encourage others to cycle and do some volunteering.
