Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Leeds
Each month Seacroft Wheelers run a 'women only' bike ride. These rides are always lead by qualified Breeze Leaders. The rides aim to be 25-30 miles long, with an average speed of 12mph and will always be on roads (where we can we will always stick to minor roads). Where we go and the distances we travel will depend on ability and weather on the day. All rides start from The Skyliner in Crossgates. EVERY ride will take in a cafe where we can refuel on coffee and cake!!
Our rides are perfect for those wishing to challenge themselves and have a feel of what is is like riding as a group on the roads. You'd be surprised how much distance you can cover comfortably when you're riding in a group! No-one will ever be left behind.
WHAT TO BRING
You need to have a bike that is in good working order (preferably one more suited to riding on roads) and to dress appropriately for the weather: several thin layers are good, so you can add/remove them as needed; a shower-proof jacket might come in handy too! Wearing a helmet is advisable. Please bring some water, maybe a snack to top up your energy levels and some money for a cafe stop (or for any little emergencies - like sudden chocolate cravings!)
