Breeze Bike Rides in Peterborough
This is a gentle amble around Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The Key Theatre is on the cycleways of Peterborough so we can go to Ferry Meadows, or Flag Fen, or Longthorpe Tower, without going on a road. Or we can go to Whittlesey if you want a longer ride! Where and how far we go is your choice, I am just the guide.
Once we’ve checked over our bikes, we’ll ride out on cycle paths, exploring Peterborough’s countryside and making the most of the lovely views and fresh air.
The routes are mostly flat and we’ll ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Please note all children under the age of 16 MUST wear a helmet. Please bring some money if you want to buy refreshments.
