8 routes from now until Christmas. Every Saturday morning from 11am.
Join Breeze as we work through the Route Cards from Darlington's Local Motion project to encourage more people to get active and consider sustainable forms of transport.
You will get your very own waterproof route card simply for attending!
All routes follow cycle paths and quiet roads in and around Darlington. More specific details of each weeks route to follow.
All abilities and bike types are welcome. Please wrap up warm; layers/gloves etc ... yet as always a hot coffee stop will be incorporated on the ride.

Route 8. Rockwell , Faverdale and Town Centre
Slightly longer route , which heads out from the town via Haughton Road, towards the River Skerne through Rockwell Local Nature Reserve, and the skater activity at North Park, cutting across town to the West Park area of town, a great escape of an area – with play area, bmx track, and what the local motion travel advisors call Mini Stonehenge! (you have to see it to believe it!) …
We shall then head back via The Dene’s area and North Lodge Park before getting back to the Dolphin Centre. A great variation of riverside paths, cycle paths and on road / off road cycling.
