Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Derbyshire Dales
It's time to move to pastures new and try out a new trail, the High Peak Trail. We'll set off from Parsley Hay and head north to the Buxton end of the trail and back (approx 7 miles in total).
As with all the trails, it's completely traffic free and so ideally suited for beginners or those returning to the saddle after a long break. It's easy going and we'll ride at a nice steady pace.
It can be quite exposed on the trail so wear plenty of layers and bring a helmet if you have one. It might also be a good idea to bring a waterproof! As we won't be passing a cafe on this route, it's also a good idea to bring a drink and a snack.
This is a nice gentle ride to get the week off to a good start so please sign up and join us.
