Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Bournemouth
Have you been bitten by the Olympic bug? Why not dust your bike off and join us for a leisurely ride.
We will meet at Littledown Centre, by the Youth building on the right (with the red trim) as you enter. This is also the finishing point.
Leaving at 6.15pm after a quick bike check then heading out along quiet country lanes around Throop, Muscliffe & Holdenhurst Village, some of which are unmade so hybrid or mountain bike wheels are advisable. We cross over a flyover where a few steps are involved.
Wear comfortable suitable clothing, as our weather is changeable! Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not compulsory. Lights are also advisable as it is getting dark now.
The ride is a great opportunity to enjoy the outside & exercise while making new friends!
