Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Get ready for the fabulous new autumn colours at Moors Valley... with the Trailway Temptress! No this isn't a M & S advert!  We start in the car park next to the Trailway at Ringwood and then go into Moors Valley Country Park. We ride on the hard packed trails which are mainly flat and follow the tracks round to Potterne Park. Spot any wildlife by the Lake and then shout "FOUR" as we cycle through the golf course and back to Moors Valley visitors centre. Watch out for Go Ape and then onto the Trailway and a return to the car park via the coffee spot for a natter and a well earned coffee and cake stop!

All you need to bring with you is your bike, a helmet and a sense of humour!
