Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Bromley
This ride follows a pretty route through bustling villages and towns of Kent.
We'll meet at Chinese Roundabout in Beckenham for a warm up and a quick bike check. Then we’ll head out passing woodland, scenic villages and stunning countryside along the way. We'll take a break at a nearby cafe before returning to our start point.
We’ll vary the route each week so we don’t get bored and hopefully it will give you ideas of where to ride on your own or with family and friends!
This is a fast paced ride on a well-surfaced, traffic free and quiet roads route. The total length of the ride is around 18 –30 miles. It’s perfect for women who already cycle and are in training for Sportives.
We really welcome newcomers to our rides. If the ride is full please contact me for more information at email@example.com.
It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not essential. Please bring some money if you want to buy refreshments.
Look forward to seeing you there.
