Bike Type You probably don’t want to drag your road bike across bumpy trails. Maybe you want to make the most of the suspension on your mountain bike. This helps you match your ride to your bike.

Meet the Champions

  • Marie McIlroy Marie McIlroy Experienced in cycle touring, commuting, leisure, sportive riding, schools bikeability instruction. I cycled with my two sons from when they were babies right up to their teenage years - towing them on baby bike seats, buggies and tag along bikes. (I now use the old child's buggy to tow my collie dog Nell in!)
I feel the best thing about cycling is being outdoors, the exhilaration you feel at the end of a ride and the mental and physical benefits for mind and body. And of course the all important cake/tea stop! My rides are all inclusive so no matter what you're ability you will be made to feel very welcome. Please get in touch (tel 07891 320041) to find out more and come along and have a go.
