This ride will go to Newburn and back following National Cycle Network routes. We'll ride at a steady pace so no one is left behind.

The ride will start at 10.30am. Please arrive by 10.15am.

There is free parking at the Cycle Hub. There is also a bike hire service. For more information see: http://www.thecyclehub.org/hire/

There is no refreshment stop planned on the ride, but the cafe at the Cycle Hub will be open when we return.

Abby Holder I got involved with Breeze simply because I wanted to get out on my bike more. Now I ride most days.

It's a great way to discover new routes and meet other women who cycle.

Sarah Rose Hi, I fell in love with cycling again about 5 years ago when I started going out on guided rides around Northumberland. When I started I thought I could never do more than 10 miles, after my first ride was over the moon when I was told I'd cycled 15 miles without stopping.....all because of great company and support. Over the last 5 years I've had loads of cycling achievements.
I became a breeze leader to show that anyone can get on a bike and love it :-) Any age and ability come along and get fit, meet new friends and see some wonderful places you'd never see in the car.
