Exciting opportunity for beginner and less confident female cyclists to get out and have some fun on their bikes! A steady and unpressured ride that will develop confidence and encourage fitness whilst having some fun. The route will be off road and will follow several different cycle ways around the Plymbridge Woods and Saltram House area. Suitable for Mountain and Hybrid bikes Wearing Lycra is optional and NOT a requirement for joining this ride however a sense of humour is essential!
Limited spare bikes available if you do not have one.
Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to ensure propmt start
