Breeze Bike Rides in Teignbridge

This is a steady trundle along the scenic Teign Valley for this Bank Holiday Monday.

We’ll stop for a morning cuppa at the Walled Garden Tea Rooms in Dunsford before heading back along the same route.

This is a mostly flat route on reasonably quiet roads at a nice leisurely pace.

Newcomers to Breeze rides are very welcome - we are a friendly bunch!

Dress appropriately for the weather; in cool weather lots of thin layers are a good idea so that you can add/remove as needed. A rain jacket is a good idea too!

THE PACE WILL BE STEADY - the time given is a guide line.  We might end up being quicker.

Wearing a helmet is advisable but if you don't have one you can still take part.

There is parking at the start but not toilets.

Please bring a drink with you and a spare inner tube (just in case). A bike lock is a good idea for the cafe stop.

Come and join us for a leisurely ride with friends, old and new!

Looking forward to meeting you!

Elaine

Meet the Champions

  • Elaine Mason Elaine Mason Hi I'm Elaine and I'm looking forward to meeting you on one of my rides! I'm a new ride leader in 2013 and I am loving helping more people get back on their bike - in some cases for the first time in many many years! I have loved cycling forever but have only been riding regularly again since 2010. I love cycling with friends, up and down a few hills, then stopping for a natter (and coffee, and cake!) in a good coffee shop! I enjoy leading a variety of rides, from easy-going short rides for those new or returning to cycling after a break, to the challenging ones for those riders practicing for a sportive or similar challenge of their own. New to Breeze/Sky rides? Come and find out what it's all about - we are a friendly bunch and you won't be disappointed! Get that bike road ready and see you very soon!!
