Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Derbyshire Dales
This is a figure of eight loop, mainly on road, which starts from Hassop Station near Bakewell. There are a couple of small climbs but nothing to worry about and the ride is approx 8 miles in distance.
After meeting in the car park at Hassop Station, we head out onto the main road before quickly turning off onto a quieter road and head towards Great Longstone. We will turn off the road here and head up past the church then follow the road to Hassop village. Here we rejoin the main road and continue past Hassop Station down into Bakewell. Just before the bridge we turn left and follow Coombs Road then join the Monsal Trail for a short section back to the cafe at Hassop Station.
The route is best suited to hybrid type bikes.
Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
We will be stopping for a well deserved coffee and cake so please bring some money.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and you’ll need to bring a drink, snack to keep you going, spare inner tube and puncture repair kit.
If you have any questions for more information on all of our rides please see our Facebook page Breeze network Derbyshire
Look forward to seeing you there!
