Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Why not dust your bike off and join us for a leisurely spring ride.
We will meet at the Littledown Centre for a quick bike check then head out at 9.30am along quiet country lanes around Throop, Muscliffe & Holdenhurst Village, some of these lanes are unmade so hybrid or mountain bike wheels are advisable. We cross over a flyover where there are a few steps involved.
There will an opportunity for refreshments when back at the Littledown Centre..!
Wear comfortable suitable clothing, as our weather is changeable! Wearing a helmet is advisable, though not compulsory.
The ride will be a good opportunity to enjoy the outside & exercise while making new friends!
Leave your family to enjoy The Littledown Centre for an hour while you ride!

We'll meet by the Youth building on the right (with the red trim) as you enter. This is also the finishing point.
Free car parking is on the left as you enter (right pay-parking is for non Littledown attendees)
IF the weather is pouring with rain at 9am this ride will be cancelled....as the route just gets too muddy. Sorry!
