Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

GENERAL RIDE INFORMATION
The dates fixed will not always have a Breeze Champion present. The group is now becoming established and there is likely to be at least 5 or 6 other experienced women to enjoy and share a ride.
There will be at least one or two hills on the ride....there is no getting away from that living in this area! Most rides also involve a track or canal path as well as the road.
Please bring lights and brightly coloured fluorescent clothing if you have any. A comment passed by one of the group suggested that we looked like a set of highlighter pens!!
The aim is to get out on the bike at your pace with a fun group all keen to progress their cycling.
Welcome to ABBEY BREEZE!!
