1 hours 55 mins  (2 hours 55 mins cycling)
Bike Type You probably don’t want to drag your road bike across bumpy trails. Maybe you want to make the most of the suspension on your mountain bike. This helps you match your ride to your bike.

Meet the Ride Leaders

  • Adam Condron Adam Condron Hi My name's Adam and I love to ride my bike. I remember the absolute joy it used to give me as a kid and how I lost that joy when I learnt how to drive. Now I'm back on my bike and I ride nearly every day and I love it as much as I did when I was younger. Through skyride I have made some great mates that I go riding with most weekends. A few years ago I have joined the skyride team so that I can help others re-discover the massive amount of fun you can have riding your bike with your mates. So bring your bike and be prepared to make some new friends and have laugh, oh and it's good for you too !
  • Amanda Phillipson Amanda Phillipson I can't remember a time when I didn't ride a bike - I have always loved the freedom you have when you cycle. I am a keen road rider, having time trailed for some years on the back of a tandem!
I love getting people out on their bikes and seeing them enjoy themselves and achieving something, maybe for the first time.

A great ride. No real hills. Long enough though so not for your first ever ride.
  3. raymond breen Tuesday 2nd April
Excellent route, nice and easy for the most part, there was a couple of short but steep hills but nothing that none of us could complete. I am going to book onto the next one
