Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Manchester
Is your New Year's resolution to get fit but you don't want to go to the gym? Have you been thinking about getting out on a bike for a while but weren't keen on cycling alone? Then this is for you! Over the course of 6 BURN IT WITH BREEZE sessions we will ride the whole of the Fallowfield Loop from Chorlton to the National Cycling Centre, doing the ride in stages each session.
The first two sessions are from Chorlton to Fallowfield - about a 3 mile ride. Afterwards we can go for a coffee and a chat in Chorlton, so bring a bike lock and some money for that.
You will need a bike that is in good working order and a puncture repair kit. You should wear comfortable clothes that are cycle friendly - no bits that can get caught in a chain! Warm clothes are a must at this time of the year, especially gloves, and a waterproof. A helmet isn't compulsory but is highly recommended - better to be safe than sorry, and these can be bought relatively cheaply for the peace of mind they offer. Bring a bottle of water with you as well and a snack if you think you will need one.
This ride is suitable for everyone, regardless of their cycling ability, but please note that we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider, so if you are after something fast or longer then please look at the other rides in the session.
Look forward to seeing you there!
