Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Richmond upon Thames
Shake off the Xmas excesses and start the year as you mean to go on with a New Years ride in this Royal Park by Hampton Court Palace.
We'll take a ride around the park which was once hunting ground of King Henry VIII and still has deer roaming around. We'll stop in The Peasantry Cafe in the park for a cuppa and a chat with your fellow riders on our return.
We'll return back to Hampton Hill Gate at approx 1pm.
This is a leisurely ride suitable for novice riders and regular cyclers alike as it is flat all the way.
All bikes are suitable so long as they have brakes and the tyres are inflated- you don't even need gears on this ride.
You don't need to wear a bike helmet in the park, though obviously if you come via the roads or feel nervous riding it is safest to wear one if you have it.
Just wrap up warm and come and enjoy yourself.
ALSO DON'T FORGET A LOCK FOR WHEN WE ARE AT THE PHEASANTRY CAFE.
