Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Cornwall
Pedal off that Christmas Cheer with a post-holiday 25 mile bike ride round the coast roads and back lanes of SE Cornwall.
We are going to head out of Downderry going up the leg-busting Triffle Hill and will then on through Crafthole and Tregantle. Then it’s down a back lane to Millbrook, round Millbrook Lake with its views across over the Estuary and Plymouth and on up to Maker. From there we will swoop down into Cawsand and pedal along the wonderful Whitsand Bay Coast Road (undoubtely one of the finest cycling roads in the whole of UK) and back to Downderry. Coffee break will either be in Kingsand or we may hang on a bit further in order to sample the wonderful home-cooked loveliness available from The Clifftop Cafe.
This may be a little further than you've tried before but with good company you'll be amazed how much you can achieve. And don't worry as no one gets left behind! All we ask is that you have at least a go at all the hills and see what you can achieve!
