Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Bromsgrove
This ride is for women who would like to ride for fun and enjoy the social side of getting together with other like minded women. It will be a 10 mile circular route on local lanes of a leisurely pace between 6 to 8 mph so you will need a reasonable level of fitness. The ride is suitable for all bike types.
Travelling far – Bromsgrove train station is just down the road from the meeting point. For more information on rail times please see National Rail Enquiries.
We can stop off for a cuppa at the Jinney Ring Craft Centre before heading back, although unfortunately I have a deadline to be back for 12.30 so not much shopping time!! Please bring some money just in case.
It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
I’ll look forward to seeing you there!
