Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Northampton
Heading for Rural Castle Ashby Tearooms along cycle lanes and country roads.
Starting from the Canoe Centre we head into brackmills on cycle lanes & around the pocket park lake coming out at Great Houghton then on country lanes through the Houghton's & Cogenhoe to Castle Ashby. The full map can be found on the Breeze Northampton Facebook page.
It’s perfect for those that ride already and looking for someone to ride with or perhaps you’d like some extra training for fitness. We really welcome newcomers to our rides.
It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack. We will stop in at the tearoom so please bring some money for a hot drink and if the weather is bad a waterproof. If you have one please also bring a puncture repair kit as this is more likely to occur in winter!
This ride is suitable for all bike types as on tarmac.
Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
Any questions please send me an email breezenorthampton@yahoo.co.uk.
Look forward to seeing you there!
