Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

Breeze Bike Rides in Suffolk Coastal

Heading inland from the Community Centre we will travel Westwards towards Hulver via Mutford.  Once at Hulver we will then head back via the other side of Hulver, go through Mutford and back to Carlton Colville via Gisleham.  The route is apporximately 8 miles and is on nice quiet country roads.


Wearing a helmet is advisable, plus a few layers of clothing, double socks, and a waterproof (If we're unlucky)


We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.

Meet the Champions

  • Nicki Hawkes Nicki Hawkes My name is Nicki and I am a very keen cyclist (time trials). Being one of 3 ladies in a cycling club of 65 members, I am very keen to get more ladies into the sport of cycling. I find some ladies are point off joining the Breeze rides as they think they are going to be fast rides. This couldn;t be further from the truth so I am hoping that as word spreads so will confidence to come along.
