Night ride to the town and parks
Wednesday 21st November at 6.00pm This is what time the ride will set off. It’s best to get to the starting point at least 15 minutes beforehand to avoid missing the start.

Women only
Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

- Overall Duration On a long ride, it’s sometimes good to have a little break in the middle, or maybe a catch up at the beginning or end to keep it sociable. This means that the overall ride duration may be longer than the actual cycling time.

Breeze Bike Rides in Basingstoke and Deane
Meet at the Portsmouth Arms - and we'll head on the cycle route in towards town. This is a mix of shared (foot) paths and quiet roads with on road marked cycle ways until we get to War Memorial Park where we can ride through Crabtree Plantation and Old Basing, or just do a shorter loop to Eastrop Park and back.
Options to be confirmed on the day but it is a social/easy ride and the only slight hill is the one on the way back in to the Portsmouth Arms!
10-12 leisurely miles and 1 to 1.5 hrs cycling as there are cycle crossings etc which slow us down.

Keep an eye on the weather for appropriate clothing, nights are colder. You WILL NEED LIGHTS front and rear to be able to see on unlit paths and be seen on the road. Ride leader will have a super bright light to lead the way.
