Women only Breeze Rides are all about fun, friendly, informal bike rides led by women, for women. They're ideal for all abilities and are great for building confidence and getting some gentle exercise. You might not have ridden a bike for a while and be looking for the easiest way to get back in the saddle, or be looking for a sociable way of getting out and about in your local area. Breeze rides are gently-paced, not too long, and often take in a stop for coffee or a cake. Kids are welcome to come along too.

 A slightly brisker paced ride with both traffic free & on road stretches, meeting up with  the ladies from Brighton 


Carat's Cafe are doing a Christmas Lunch special - £7.95 (Crown of Roast Turkey breast stuffed with spinach, Sausage and rolled Bacon, Roast Potatoes, with a selection of fresh vegetables, side of Cranberry Sauce and served with homemade gravy). I'll book us a table on the morning of the ride, so please let me know if you book then can't make it.
 


We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.

Free parking is available at Beach Green for those arriving by car, but there is a height restricted barrier.

  • Mandy Buxton Mandy Buxton Hi Ladies,
    I'm Mandy, or Dizzy as most people call me ;o)
    I've been cycling for most of life, can't remember not ever owning a bike!
    I am really excited to be a Breeze Champion and am looking forward to meeting new people and helping them to enjoy cycling too.
    I also volunteer at a local community bike project, where we recycle and restore old bikes, and will be organising some basic maintenance classes just for us girls soon, so if you don't know how to fix a puncture/change a tyre - Never fear!!
