Breeze Bike Rides in Durham

This is a lovely picturesque, 4 miles and flat ride around the river bank paths of Durham. Starting from the rowing club the routes follows a bridle path to Maiden Castle before cycling across the playing fields to discover Durham Old Gardens. From there we follow the river banks off road to Prebends Bridge where we join the cobbled road land will stop at the cathedral cafe for scrummy cake and hot chocolate. Leaving the Cathedral we will descend  back down to to Old Elvet Bridge. From there it's a short cycle back to the club.


This is a lovely flat route suitable for all ages and as its our last ride and the season of goodwill to all men we have opened the ride up to include the chaps too!!! Bring something festive, see you there
