How to get to Sky Ride Bournemouth

We've compiled some handy information to help you get to Sky Ride Bournemouth on Sunday 10 June.
All visitors will be encouraged to cycle to Meyrick Park. Follow signs for the town centre then the Town Hall, Braidley Road and Central Drive to Meyrick Park. Cycle racks will be provided at the Activation Area at Meyrick park for those visitors wishing to visit the event by bike.
For non-cycling visitors, Bournemouth and surrounding areas are well served by bus routes throughout the day. Head for the town centre then walk up Braidley Road and the Central Drive to Meyrick Park.
Bournemouth Train Station is a 20 minute walk from the Activation Area. Follow signs for the town centre then the Town Hall, Braidley Road and Central Drive to Meyrick Park. For non-cycling visitors buses can be taken from the Travel Interchange adjacent to Bournemouth Train Station to the town centre, follow signs for the Town Hall, walk up Braidley Road to Meyrick Park.
Taxis ranks within the town centre will be moved from the Sky Ride route which is on the closed roads and will continue to operate outside these areas.
There is no onsite parking at the event activation area in Meyrick Park.
People arriving by car should use town centre car parks or use the drop off point in Meyrick Park Crescent before finding alternative parking off site.
