Don't just ride - Ride for Rewards!

What could be better than taking part in a Sky Ride Local and getting out and about in your local area on your bike? How about getting rewarded for doing it!

You can now qualify for some great prizes just by taking part in Sky Ride Local rides. There are two ways you can pick up a reward. Firstly, by introducing friends who are new to Sky Ride Local – and thereby helping our campaign to get a million more people cycling by 2013. If you register a friend who then takes part in a Sky Ride Local we'll send you a £5.00 coffee voucher – and one for your friend! When you've registered three friends, you'll be able to claim rewards including water bottles, coffee vouchers and polo shirts. There are rewards when you've registered five friends too – including a Team Sky cycling jersey.

Secondly, every time you take part in a Sky Ride Local ride, you'll be entered into a prize pool to win a fantastic fortnightly prize, including a digital camera, an Amazon Kindle, and a Nintendo DSi.

Sky Ride Local rides are a brilliant way to get out and about in your local area, whether on your own, with family and friends, or with colleagues. Rides are led by British Cycling-trained Ride Leaders, who'll help you with your bike and give you some cycling tips if you need them.
